I came across Kaiser T-Form aluminum sheet when I was considering the Pazmany PL-2. I was considering this for the wing ribs as opposed to forming T-0 and heat treating. Use of T-Form for Sonerai ribs is probably not feasible (due to cost), and I am sure the T-3 is sufficient (per plans) for the Sonerai ribs, but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the T-Form product? www.kaiseraluminum.com/ Neal Attachments:

The airline I worked for bought it extensively. I remember Kaiser as being a high quality alloy, free of inclusions and irregularities. What do you want to know? You should know that 2024 T3 becomes T4 when it is cut to size and fitted to the airframe. The reason given is that the alloy has the malleability of T3 but possesses the strength of T4.
