Hello Fred, I just read in a new posters thread that you are open to being "harassed" by we yet stuck on the ground. I am betting you and Jeff did a little flying during December with our balmy sunny weather and I was in Chicago thinking....gee only a few miles more and I could be at Fred's place. Christine gave me an open check for an hour flight. I could buy us both gas and lunch when the weather permits ! ? !

Hey Pete: As a matter of fact, I haven't flown since the end of October when my BFR ran out. I've tried nearly every weekend since to get it done, but the weather has always gotten in the way. One of the things to remember about those of us who live in the northern states, is that if it is really warm in November and December, it's because there is a lot of wind pushing all that warm air north. So, it can be warm, but not very conducive to flying. Anyway, I hope to get my BFR done soon so that I can fly the airplane, rather than work on it.
By the way, thanks for the offer to buy the gas to fly in my airplane, but the only way you could get in the front seat of my airplane would be to cut your legs off at the knees (my aux tank is on the floor). Sorry.

Thought the tank was removable.....but I could be LSA eligible if I was sans legs and only 98lbs. -Pete
