I bought a meco midget with light weight lines and some accessories from tinmantech. I absolutely love the the torch it works great, but to answer your questions it probably is the only reputable place to buy one. E bay has lots of Chinese copies of the meco midget not sure of the quality. I did search around for another dealer/website but was unable to find one.

I've looked around the web extensively. The only other source for the meco midget I found was www.ottofrei.com. However, you may want to consider staying with tinmantech.com since he has extensive information (videos) on welding 4130 tubing. ottofrei.com appears to concentrate on the jewelry market. I'll second what Oahupilot said: Stay away from the knock-off you will see on Ebay. The risk is not worth the very minor cost difference. I decided to go with the Henrob, but it was a very close call. Mainly because I cannot find a source of used midgets and I am on a very tight budget. I haven't bought either yet, so I could change my mind again.
